TOO SLOW ! Took a really long time (almost 2 hours) to open an account for an LLC. Platform person was courteous & polite, however she was very slow on the computer and seemed to have an issue with hearing me.

The hours are terrible.. don’t you have a late night? What happens if a person works and can’t get there? Are you supposed to take a day off to go to the bank?
