A great local bank. Got fed up with crazy fees from TD Bank and moved my account there. It’s nice when your bank isn’t always looking for a reason to take a few dollars out of your account.

Terrible customer service. Extreme inconvenience. Manager hung-up in my face when I tried to proactively find solution rather than him proactively making sure customer satisfaction happens. Hope he loses his jobs when this place shuts down for ancient and irrelevant banking.
