I've been banking there for 5+ years now and I'm extremely satisfied, most of the Tellers know me by my first name which they call out as soon as I walk in! Not once have any of them been rude to me, on the contrary, they are respectful, polite, friendly, and very helpful!

This has to be the worst bank ever, every time I go in their it’s an hour wait, worst customer service, can’t help with any online banking issues, never enough people working. I live in Saugus have to drive to Topsfield to make a deposit. Never go their again

Barrington RI Branch is fantastic. Really great people, always helpful, and they remember your name. This is like it should be. Sort of like the old days of banking, where customer service wasnt written on a placque on the wall, rather it was practiced regularly.

She was loud, and obnoxious telling me to call in my order. However, in the past, if we cannot to the bank before the teller has to leave, we cannot get what we need to run our store. It's to the point where I cringe if I have to get change.

The woman in this bank has no idea how to treat customers she was very rude after ATM ate my card for third time for no reason.Then I was charged 70.00 in overdrafts with overdraft protection... I have been charged over 500.00 this year alone. I think I may file class action suite and may picket outside this bank so people know this bank and its employees is not a bank that people want to consider a business that's honest anymore..WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IF YOU HAVE ONE AT THIS BANK!!!!

I went to the Tryon branch today, July 11 2018 at approx 2:20 pm. A teller I was not familiar with (usually see Debbie who is very friendly and efficient) first of all sent the box out too fast and damaged my mirror trim but no apology was offered. She took my two checks and deposit slip and walked over to the computer where Debbie was chatting with another customer. I guess it was an interesting conversation as it was a long time (check your cameras) before she bothered to return with my receipt. When I asked about the hold -up (it was 90o outside) she was rude to me and said she had another customer! Wrong! She was obviously just chatting all the time I was waiting. This is not the first time I have encountered rude/unpleasant staff so I think it is time I changed both my accounts to a more user friendly bank!

these days to find good, let alone, great customer service. I must tell you that my
experience with Ms. Cichosz has been truly great. She has always put forth extra

Td bank as a whole is very clumsy ask for anythink and it needs to be requested from their back office that is not in hurry. Calls to their 800 number can take up to a full hour before you get someone to answer

We learned today that the Bank's notary services are somewhat limited. It cannot notarize Trusts or Trust Amendments (perhaps other docs).
When customers call to see if a notary is available, it would be helpful if any limitations on the notary service were explained at the time of the call. That would avoid unnecessary trips to the bank.
For a young person opening their 1st checking acct. I was impressed that the bank officer suggested one of the ways to prevent overdrawing his account was using his debit card only. They set his account up where if his balance is not sufficient to cover the withdraw amount it will refuse Very young person friendly. I will be transferring one of my accounts to TD Bank Forrest Ave Branch because of my grandson''s experience and my witnessing it personally. The assistant manager "Ryan" is very kind, friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the friendliness of all the employees.
Passaic TD is the worst. You will be waiting an hour if you call the customer service # in the back, sometimes can't even help you. I have a friend who they committed a fraud on- they didn't help her.. lost over $4,000..The people who work there talk bad about the customers. Trying to whisper but dont realize they can be heard. I was able to read the name on one person- Viridiana S. Talking about how a customer has to fix her eyelashes? And they wonder why people talk nasty back to them?

It is now 3 o'clock. We are trying to get a hold of America but their phone still is not working. She asked us to call her when we got home but no answer. I would appreciate a call back as this makes me wonder if I made a mistake opening another account. She was great and personally attentive but how can a bank stay in business with no phone service. Awful customer service!!! Extremely disappointed in the incompetence of the tellers and rudeness of the "manager on duty."
I went to the Grafton Street branch on Friday, I had some charges on my account that were not mine, I spoke to the man there who gave me a new card and assured me they would not be paid, they were pending at the time. He said I was all set, the account would be fine the next day. Today is Tuesday, the charges were paid!!! Why...because he DID NOT do his job!! So now I have to spend more time out of my work day to fix this at another branch that hopefully knows what they are doing because it is obvious this man doesn't. As a matter of fact it appears no on at that branch knows what there doing. What a shame..our money is in the hands of those people..so angry right now.
Love this branch. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. One of the girls in particular, Rebecca, has a great personality and always makes coming into the bank a pleasure

I.m very happy with TD Bank, but would prefer to speak with someone who was born and raised in this country...try as they may..foreign born have a heavy accent. this is my complaint with business places I have dealt with...Have no problem with immigrants just don't put them on customer service...just tried to get the phone number for bank account and for the life of me forgot it and called the Bellmawr branch and could not make out a word he said!
We had a very uncomfortable moment with a female worker, not dressing properly ,making inappropriet comments trying to get the attention to her body . My spouse and my self had an unpleasant time. She was not dressed and acting professionally.

The male employee never ask for my ID .
When I asked him , why you don't ask a bout my ID ?
He replied , signature the same and you have the key. I thought this is very strange.
Some people forge signatures and can steal keys too.
I am pleased with the service I received. Staff is polite, courteous and friendly. No long waits.
