I can't log in to account. I wonder why.
A ll I want to do is check my statement. I cannot get into this site without going through lot off different screens and giving a lot of information. This used to be such a simple, quick process. What happened? You are no longer user friendly!
Not the best and not the worst. If something's going on with my checking account it would be super nice for someone to ....... oh I don't know tell me. If they modify the account like adding or removing privileges I should be told about it immediately. I ended up being the person in line with a grocery cart full of stuff but can't pay for it. It's incredibly embarrassing and never should've happened to begin with. There's also a lot of selective hearing floating around along with extremely poor communication skills.
