Membership Eligibility

U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union offers lifetime membership to employees of eligible federal agencies, select employee groups & associations and retirees of eligible agencies. Also, many family members related by blood or marriage are eligible to join U.S. Eagle.

A minimum of $5 is required to open your account at the Credit Union. This establishes you as a member and qualifies you for all services.

If you live, work, worship or attend school in Sandoval County or San Juan County, if you are employed by or are a member of any of our 400+ Select Employee Groups, or are related to a current member, you are eligible to join U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union. Place sucks if you have a problem you have to wait til the next day to get it fixed. There is no after hours customer service number.

I'M SO FRUSTRATED, TRYING TO GET THRU TO MAKE A PAYMENT....UNSUCCESSFUL TRYING TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS ...LEFT MSGS ON VM...EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO REPLY

I can't get a hold of Members Services. I've been on hold over 17 mins with no answer on my fourth call plus I cannot access my account on line

Your new system needs to be fixed. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone. Online,my accounts that I was able to transfer funds to are no longer available.
