Major problems. My online banking service fouled up so badly last month that I almost got my water turned off (1 more day) because the "bill pay" service did not work - and they still haven't found out what happened. Also a major insurance payment was not made and I almost lost the policy. I was not notified that they were having any trouble - I had to find out the hard way.
And now today I looked at the bill pay program and they incorrectly indicate my balance as in the hundreds when in reality it is in the thousands.
In addition, it is inexcusable not to find the phone numbers of branches on the website and in the phone book. My branch personnel are great but the bill paying and phone systems are inadequate.
