This bank is amazing. They are local, highly customer service focused and donate 10% of their profits to Vermont charities. NSB functions much like a credit union which no shareholders to satisfy - just the customers. They have been able to provide services that I couldn't get at any of the for profit banks or any of the wonderful credit unions. For example, they let me open Home Equity Lines of Credit on rental properties at very favorable rates and terms.
