9/27/2018...I have been trying to contact a credit Union representative all morning, but the 516-561-0300 (general contact number for all branches) customer service number is not being answered by person nor automated system. My payroll check was deposited yesterday and it would take but a moment to clear the check. There should be a public phone number listing for each branch, instead of one general number for malfunction occurrences like this.

HELP....
since you put in the new phone system the "24 hour " PAL system does not work
correctly. I usually check my balances daily and have had to call to customer service during regular hours and report it each day. They put me into the system.

when you try to call into the system the phone answers both on the regular number 561-0030 when you press I for the automated banking you hear click and it rings for up to 20 minutes and then disconnects. Also on 825-8060 the phone does not answer at all it just rings and rings. PLEASE SOMEBODY fix these problems...

Nefcu is amazing. Quality services and banking that rival major national banks, but provides higher customer service and flexibility.
