I bank with Rondout and I have for many years . I am disappointed in the new management in the Ulster Branch . Miss Kelky iscextremely rude and disconnected from what customer service is . My daughter and I had a horrible experience with her and was not at all happy . Thus complaint is my first ever in 40 + years of banking here. I hope she warms up and changes are made otherwise you will lose some business and certainly get bad ratings. Me and my family were directed by an employee at the Ulster Branch to submit a review because they agree her behavior is unacceptable have witnessed her in action several times but are afraid to speak up
My mother inlaw has banked with you for over 40 yrs , her accounts and mortgage is here and she recently went into the ulster Branch and was mistreated, lied to and ignored. Her need to make HER own money available to her was not met , she was told it was impossible and she was hurt . We went to Broadway Branch we knew it was possible because we spoke with the company who issued the check and in less than 17 hours the money was made available . We understood the amount is why they were not comfortable but the disrespect and attitude taken when dealing with her was rude and disgusting . We appreciate the customer service given at the Broadway Branch but the manager Kelly at Ulster needs training in customer care . I'm not the only one noticing I'm the only one bold enough to speak up .
