You list the 20 branches and address. What about a phone # for each branch! Instead of one damn number for all. Dumb to have all calls funneled to ONE phone number. We have better things to do than hold on FOREVER for a PERSON to FINALLY acknowledge our phone calls. What genius came up with this decision of one phone #?
Inadequate teller and more importantly management training. Always check your receipts because they screw up alot. Money in wrong accounts. They ALWAYS are sorry,(yes, yes they are!). Management is super condescending. The attitude is people make mistakes, sorry, what else can we do. Well how about a better job. More than a dozen screw ups to one account reflects the we can do the least amount of work possible mode. Saying well they are just "entry level people" does not cut it. Is that true for management as well?
Terrible
I am sorry I put down the wrong location. For the most part your bank is friendly and kind. One bad apple is call center Adam Shapiro. He was RUDE and CONDESCENDING to me. Please screen your employees with more effort. They represent YOUR BANK.
For the most part your bank is extremely helpful with kind helpful employees. Unfortunately there is one bad apple. Call center Adam Shapiro is condescending and RUDE. Please screen you employees better. They represent YOUR BANK.
The staff at this branch are helpful, professional and cheerful....always a pleasant experience!
I have a money market checking account with the bank on Route 300 and all I wanted to know is there any restrictions on how many checks can be made in one month. All II got was a load of numbers to choose from and when I did speak to somebody, they didn't know the answer. They put me on hold and all I got was music. I have a sizable amount of money in this account and perhaps I may just close it. I don't nneed aggravation at 88 years old.
