The staff at purchase is excellent but the people at PSCU or whatever their name is now are rude, arrogant, and not understanding or helpful at all. I have been a member of this credit union since it was GFFCU. If I recall correctly, Helen Bremner was not always pleased with that Florida outfit.
I am seriously considering leaving Quorum and Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo bill pay system is where all the problems started. Good Luck Bruno
The number you have listed for your branch at Ogilvy in NYC does not work. What is the good number for that location? I am a depositor who needs help with my account there.
Your one and only branch in Chicago should open to it's members more often than twice a week!
