Why can't we call our local branch?
Why does local branch post incorrect phone #?
Bad service!
Since becoming a member of this credit union, I never received a Mortgage payment book, money that I arranged to purchase a new / used vehicle last year was never made available at the date and time it was promised and recently, I used the machine to print out an official check (for paying a bill)... Money was taken; however no Official check was printed.
Customer Service now tells me it will take 3 days to investigate and that I have to keep checking my account after that for the credit.
Although interest rates are great, I do not feel AmeriCu takes care of their customers when there are issues and / or requests.
It's surprising that I'm not able to reach a specific branch! The call center was polite. I'm disappointed that I have to pay more for a money order as a member of the credit union than I would at the post office or Walmart! Kind of losing that membership advantage feeling I used to have over the last few decades :o(

It was awful the customer service was hands down the worst I have ever incountered. I have been insulted, I have been talked down to, hung up on and I can't pay my negative balance, because I am stationed in Virginia. I work long hours my mother can't help me because has 3 jobs. I have no help from the customer service no one has been nice to me or given me answers to paying my balance. I have no answers to why it's negative I have had it with this bank. I will never ever recommend it to any one ever.

It would be nice if any correct phone numbers were listed for your branches, have been trying to activate my card but the tele-system is not operating correctly and the phone listed for the Thompson Road branch is wrong!!! Come on could you make this any more inconvienient.
awful awful hours of operation closing at 5pm on Fridays is ridiculous !!!!

It would be nice if the Cicero NY office would answer the phone number listed...or list the correct number since the message indicates this is a wireless number. Now I have to drive over there to get my question answered.
