Bank elsewhere! My credit union -Reach Credit Union was recently acquired by Xceed & now I don't have access to online banking since October 1st. I haven't seen my account balance in 28 days! and by the way, their 800 number? good luck in your attempt to speak to a live person. You cannot even contact their local banks, how's that? I'll give them a zero star if that is an option. Closing our accounts for sure....

Hi ...

I have been trying to get through to your main number and branch numbers for three hours now. I am locked in a phone tree hell for all this time. is there a prize for being a prize idiot???

What does it take to get a live person?? How many hours??? What number does it take to call the President of XFCU?? I've with you guys for 20 years now and I've never experienc4ed this type of callous service. I've even left my number a bunch of times for a call back.

Congratulations to the person who designed a phone tree that constantly loops back, without a provision to actually talk to a living person, because none of your options actually address my concerns. Congratulations to your web master who makes it impossible to leave a message someplace. pages that don't give out local branch numbers. Must have paid extra to become like a commercial banks service.
