I sent a certified letter to mr. Kennedy at his request and followed all his instructions for my being able to close out my savings account and I also enclosed an envelope so the check would be sent to me. Yesterday, August 27, he left a message on my phone to call him. When I called, the automated answer was that he had not turned on his message center. I called today. Same thing. I am 80 years old and unable to go out in this heat. I also received a letter that since there had been no activity in my account, my money might be turned over to the state. Dealing with this bank is beyond disgusting ! Do I need an attorney for this????
