Ohio Valley bank Stole my 2016 tax refund check, they did not give it to my tax preparer nor have they given it to me. A man & women named Kevin &Julie on two totally different days told me that the info I needed to receive my refund was in the mail that was on February 22,2017 & as of today March 16,2017 it has not arrived. OVB must still use horses & carriage to carry there mail
