The Kettering branch is unwilling to work with customers even if they are at fault I’m literally out 225 dollars because an employee didn’t do something correctly and now they won’t fix it. See ya day air (waves)
The ATM at HQ no longer accepts deposits (stupid) so I looked up other deposit accepting ATMs and drove to Beavercreek to make a deposit. Guess what? There's no external ATM! That does me a fat lot of good when the CU is closed! Definitely closing my membership now.

I went to deposit $40.00 through the ATM on Miller lane , last night, when I got to the credit union I noticed the machine has been replaced with one that doesn't accept cash deposits, I have two withdraws do to come out Tuesday, and Monday is a holiday, I guess I'm screwed
