Saturday February17 11:50 am.atm couldn't complete$360.00 withdrawal.but took $360.00 from card anyway.please look into.I will be at bank Mon morning.

I was told that my safe deposit box will now be taxed by NBT. I have never heard of this and cannot locate anything in state law about the bank to tax me. Please advise.
