I have called the office on west 12th st 27 times since they've opened. No one has picked up the phone yet!!! This has been and ongoing problem with erie community credit union. When i'm in the office waiting in line, the receptionist will sit there and let the phone ring multiple times. Something needs to be done about this. It's a big inconvenience on me and other members to have to go to the office to do what can be done via telephone.
