Univest

I was sorry to see that the Univest bank branch located in the Giant food store in Quakertown had closed and without a word to anyone. I now have to travel a 15 mile round trip to do any sort of banking. No one seems to know if and when another branch will open in Quakertown . I get all kinds of mailings from Univest about other subjects but nothing about their intentions in Quakertown. It would a nice customer service item to let us know don't you think because my wife and I are already considering other options. Thank you for your time.

My bank never has the same manager. It's always changing. And what bank closes early on Friday? I am very disappointed with their services compared to other banks.

I am disappointed in the change of checking acct and now again have to pay for mac withdrawals. I work out of the immediate area and can't always get to my bank or my bank mac machine is always down. I understand paying a fee when I use another banks mac machine but to use a mac machine that does not charge a fee (like wawa) to be charge one by my own bank. Thinking about leaving and I have been with UnivestB&T since I was 16 yrs old. I cant afford mac fees and depending on where I go can't alway find a bank or like to carry a lot of cash ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I want to know about the univest vans and what are they used for ?
