Branch removed my "no hold" on deposits without ever notifying me or advising me. No letter, no email, no notification at all. They simply removed that from my business account. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. Office staff is not unfortunately.
I am looking for a new bank for my business account. This bank is not your neighborhood bank anymore nor is it friendly or helpful.

this bank is ok a neighbourhood bank and your direct deposit is never there after midnight. i have tried as late as 4 am and no deposit and i tried a few times to get money and now my atm card is restricted.
