I have been a member of the Pittsburgh Teachers Credit Union (which was absorbed into Riverset) for about 45 years. I attempted to phone the Tenth Street Branch by phone this morning to inquire about handicap access. The “local” number provided (412) 488-2525 was a total waste. Repeatedly, after attempting to contact someone, a recording popped up saying “that was an invalid response, number, does not exists.” On the third redial, lo and behold! The choice menu had changed. Again, the same results as before. Then I saw a tab for a live chat. Message appeared that I was first in the queue and would be connected in one minute. Well, a “Holly” name appeared to start a “chat”. I began to type and in the middle of my second sentence a message appeared informing me that the chat had been discontinued. Customer Service? Customers valued? Absolutely no evidence of that today. 😟
Agree w other reviews ... Can't get thru on line and then get charged 4 a transfer. Maybe time 2 switch credit unions. Never had this problem in the past .
