Bank has gone down hill for last 5yrs,only bright spot is pleasant tellers.
Poor customer service from the managers.
New management is horrible and has one agenda. Don’t care about those who have been customers for 30+ years.
I love this bank. Not the feel of a national bank with a ton of fees etc. They are local and always go the extra step for their customers.
The Malvern branch has a service table for only ONE person to write deposit slips out . Three times I went in there and the computers were down. Couldn't cash checks...only deposit them ! The people that work there talk WAY too loud to each other. The teller stamped the wrong date on my receipt and I questioned her and she still said it was the wrong date .The receipt with a wrong stamped date AND a handwritten CORRECT date. I like the Paoli and Coventry banks better.
