It is a very good bank with understanding,helpful, and friendly customer service. Never had any trouble with missing money or anything of that sort. Would highly recommend to any new comers of the Ravenswood, WV area. My only complaint would be that the online bank services provided does not update as much as they should. It takes 2 sometimes 3 days for some debit/credit transactions to show up on e-statement. Also, I for one did not receive check, or starter checks, when opening my account. Some attentions to these two areas would be greatly appreciated. Mainly the e-statements many of the people I know and work with bank here and that seems to be the only complaint about it.
