TRYING TO CALL THE BRANCH IS A JOKE I COULD DRIVE TO THE BRANCH IN ANOTHER COUNTRY BEFORE I CAN GET CONNECTED BY PHONE I HAVE HAD TO DRIVE TO THE BRANCH SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE OR I AM CONSIDERING CHANGING BANKS
