Rude un helpful teller. Thinking of switching to a new bank. Don’t appreciate getting a little additude when I come in to do something that I’m not familiar with I have a business and a couple personal accounts with Rockland for years! Normally a very nice group of people at this branch.

I have several accounts with them. Every person I've spoken with at any branch or through the main customer service number has been very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The bank takes feedback very well and I've seen them institute feedback consistently. I've banked with two other banks - one regional and one international, both with many branches in the MA / RI area and found this one to be best by far - every time - every employee every branch I've been in. Waltham, Seekonk, Attleboro, Swansea, Fall River, Cape Cod. They don't have the problems of being too small nor the problems of being too big.

You ask for my feedback but I can't access it. What a joke! The worst bank I have ever dealt with.
