Extremely rude tellers at the Bandon Branch. You walk in, and no smile, just dirty looks on their face, acting like they're bothered by helping you. Left message with Medford office more than once for a manager to return my call, never received return call. Branch manager at Bandon was notified of tellers' rude behavior, nothing has changed. Actually not a member, but go in to periodically pick up a paycheck from a second job. Maybe they're only nice to members?? Too bad for them. Will let everyone I know of my experience and why not to use Rogue Credit Union. Was considering becoming a member, but so glad I chose First Community Credit Union instead. You walk in there, and they are glad to see you, always smiling and willing to help out. There are so many better places to put your money than Rogue.

Very poor response by phone is enough for me to close my account. Is there anybody in there?

I'm trying to call the branch in Medford off Foothill dr. and can't find a phone number for that branch either. Don't even see them listed here. This website is out of date and not very helpful.

What does it take to get a direct phone number to the Ashland branch. I don't need your central number, I want a direct line to Ashland, not via the central office.
