I have seen this bank go above and beyond in supporting the Bastrop community. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and seem to always be willing to do whatever they can to help. I like banking where they know my name!
Patricia Weiss and any teller at this bank know absolutely nothing about customer service. You cannot get access to YOUR account or get the business transaction you requested when needed. As a customer who has more than one account there for over 4 plus years.....you are denied what you need. I have never heard of such a thing! I have had problems with them in the past, gave them a second chance....AND they screw up again. They also messed up and made mistakes with their new chip cards, as well. The service here is awful. When I was trained in customer service....I was taught the customer comes first! Definitely not at this branch in Bastrop, TX.
