Always has the greatest interest rates too!!

Worst bank in history. Just took over first south bank in NC. There's been a myriad of problems including I myself not having access to my accounts like before, but other FSB customers in this town have reported problems that border on the level of criminality. To sum it all up, this bank is nasty and creepy. Hopefully they won't last and that this takeover will be the biggest mistake leading to their demise.

There is no reason not to have local numbers available. You are charging me a service charge on a money market account when you should not be as the balance far exceeds $5000 required for no fee. It is ridiculous to have to wait 30-45 minutes for a representative. That is essential no customer service! Crescom, you needs to get its act together!

I have tried to call the Branch At Holden Beach NC through a toll free number and a local number bother say they have over an hr wait! Is there anyway to call into the local branch to get a simple question answered or do I have to get in the car and drive 10 miles! Maybe I should consider opening a new account somewhere else! 910 712 0212 my local business number (Donna)

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service as in NONE. No one responds to e-mails, written letters or returns phone calls when I left messages. When "Customer Service" (haha) finally answered the phone, they transferred me to the local branch who answered the phone, asked to put me on hold and then hung up on me.
Although a customer for 5 years, I am closing my account ASAP.
