Worst bank ever! Stay far, far away from them. Not only is their loan department the worse on communication but they do not take blame for their own mistakes.
There is no one to help (risk control department) after 5 pm. I have to contact the local branch (before 5pm) if I have a potential fraud occurance on my Credit Card. Of course it is now after 5pm and your only options not requiring going thru local branch are 1. Lost or 2. Stolen Credit Card. There shoud be a 3rd option for potential fraud questions/help.
Needs to be open on Saturday till noon
My only complaint is that they aren't open on Saturday. It would be helpful to have them open until noon.
