On 3/11/17 I was charged 32.00 for a wrongly applied overdraft fee. On 3/6/17 $232.-53.61=178.63; 178.63-32.00=146.73; 146.73-79.88=66.85 then there is a 32.00 overdraft fee but there was no overdraft there was a positive $66.85 in my account, if the 32.00 overdraft fee was not charged, but it was, which caused my balance to be $34.85 instead of $66.85. Then a transaction for -8.22=a positive balance of 26.63 (+32.00=58.63 not 26.63); then another overdraft fee for 32.00 for reasons unknown leaving -5.37 then 12.99 caused a -18.32 and another overdraft fee. This is ridiculous. On 3/11/17 there was no overdraft after the 79.88. I do not know how your company will attempt to manipulate the charges to validate these charges but math is an absolute science. 53.61+32.00+79.88+8.22+12.99=$186.70 those are my total charges. 232.34-186.70=$45.64. (a positive $45.64). What is stranger however is that I did attempt to overdraft the account on 3/11/17 but my transaction was denied in Nordstrom. I wasn’t feeling well but the store was having a clearance sale on Saturday, 3/11/17 so I went. I spent 3 hours locating sale items knowing that I had the overdraft option on my acct & $45 in my account. The erroneous $32.00 overdraft that was added to the acct precluded me from using my account to purchase those items causing me great embarrassment since several students that I teach & their parent were also in that same store while I was shopping. It is almost as if someone knew I was in the store with the intent of using the overdraft provision on my acct & intentionally placed the overdraft charge just to stop my purchase. Also, on 3/12/17, I called the restaurant to say that they overcharged me, in error but they told me that there is absolutely no way that my charges from them could be on my account because they do not submit the receipts for 48 hours but those charges are showing in my account as if that receipt was presented. Please. fix my acct, bring it in the positive immediately.
