just waited on the phone for 30 min for them to tell me that mobile check deposit is not on new app and they dont know if it will be. I am closing our accounts today
they are clearly having trouble with online banking - yesterday it said was off due to maintenance and today says my password is incorrect. When I tried to have new one sent - says my number is not associated with my account!!!
Called and got the same issue as mentioned by another customer - 1 is not a valid entry!!!!!
I've been trying to get in touch with you guys for over 2 hours. Your voice line tells me to push 1, when I do your voice line tells me that is not a valid number. I finally got through to a line that the phone rang, someone answered and hung up before I could say anything.
I'm calling to try to see if the messages I'm getting are genuine or a scam to get into my account. We've done business with Heritage Trust since 1978, but this is soooo frustrating. My husband wants to change banks and I've said no everytime. He is so wound up after trying to get in touch with you guys that I worry about his blood pressure. I totally understand now what he's talking about. Can someone give me a call back BEFORE 5 o'clock today?

Pathetic policies designed only for the benefit of the credit union and no personal service. Most of the people I have dealt with are very nice, but they have to stand by policies that don't give a damn about the little person.... and so what if your only source of income is lost or returned... I'm sure I can camp out on the lawn of one of the board of directors for a while...
