Membership EligibilityThe field of membership of this credit union shall be limited to those having the following common bond:
Employees of US est (formerly Northwestern Bell Telephone Company), AT&T; Network Systems, AT&T; Technologists, AT&T; Communications, or AT&T; Information Systems who work in or are headquartered in Kingsbury, Beadle, Sanborn, Jerauld, Aurora, Doughlas, Charles Mix, Gregory, Tripp, Todd, Mellette, Jones, Lyman, Hughes, Stanley, Brule, Buffalo, Hyde, Hand, or Sully Counties, South Dakota;
Employees who work in the above counties for these independent telephone companies: Midstate Communications (5-11-04) (formerly Midstate Telephone Company of Kimball, Santel Communications Cooperative (5-11-04) (formely Sandborn Telephone Cooperative) of Woonsocket, Venture Communications (5-11-04) (forerly Sully Buttes Telephone Cooperative, Inc.) of Highmore;
Employees of Communication Enterpirses, Inc., a subsidiary of Santel Communications Cooperative (5-11-04) (formerly Sanborn Telephone Coopertive), who work in or are paid from Woonsocket, South Dakota (4-11-95);
Employees of the following entities who work in or are paid from Huron, South Dakota: Girl Scouts of Nyoda Council (5-11-04) (formerly Nyoda Girl Scout Council) Northwest Corporation;
Employees of this credit union; Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; Members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons.
