Got a check in the mail and deposited in my savings account got a letter back from the bank saying to stop payment on the check plus the bank put me a $10 and charge because the check was not accepted can I get issued a new check plus the $10 that was charged to me. The check was in the amount of $37 and the check number is 898 0 02 3 9 73. I would appreciate an answer.
