Hello can the bank send me information about NetSpend card to my email I trying to put money on my my card and they tell me I have like show in information that has to been on my card like money from tax or check from my job

Hi, in November, December, then January, we have been trying to get a replacement AT& T/Direct TV Rewards Card, since my husband was unaware that that card he earned/received, expired 10/17. Direct TV referred me to Myprepaid.com. They said, since you're no longer the vendor with the rewards for AT&T/Direct TV, their supervisor referred me to Group O @ 1(877) 258-1427. When I called this number, I'm on hold for almost 20 minutes with ...AT&T! If you were rewarded/paid/compensated, etc. for issuing the $100 Rewards, would you still be able to honor us with a replacement card or some sort, or $100 credit to our Direct TV Account? Do not trust MetaBank they will screw you over I trusted a card from NetSpend which is supported by MetaBank they still have $295 of mine probably won't receive it for 30 days it cause me to lose my car insurance do not trust them they are thieves

please explain a call back on a payment ???

I lost 100.00 in Meta banks ATM, I had to wait for 1 1/2 weeks for someone to tell me that the bank's books balanced out, but they should have checked their cameras to see that I never received my money withdraw, I was still minus 100.00 from my checking account, Someone got away with my money, it could of been the next person in line, I think the ATM had a glitch in it and Meta bank should have called a tech person in to look at the ATM, I am not a member at this bank so I did not get much help on my problem, I will never use this ATM again!!

Employer mandated that payroll salary go into the "Money Network Financial" card. However, have not been able to locate a ATM that will accept the card without additional fees of $3.50 for EACH inquiry and only in increments of $10.00. How about a logo that tells me which ATM will accept card without additional fees. NOT PLEASED WITH EMPLOYER OR CARD.

I have had excellent service with this company, I am attempting to get my brother to establish an account with this company. I have never had any type of problems with my direct deposit, i get immediate information on my account from text.
I throughly enjoy this companies accurate information on my account.

I am waiting 2 recieve my funds, so i can buy "food" 4 my family. Normal pay day was on the 7/3/2017 @ 9pm. It is now 12:09am (7/4/2017). How is this possible, when the 3rd is be4 the 4th???????? Thanks a lot 4 the "service".

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH ANY BUSINESS! ONE OF THE REPS CANCELED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND I AM STILL IN THE PROCESS OF GETTIN MY FINANCES STRAIGHTENED OUT! HORRIBLE... THEN THEY CHARGED ME A $25 FEE TO HAVE A NEW CARD SHIPPED OUT TO BC OF THEIR MISTAKE.

The Account Now card has the worse service ever. Can we please find people that speaks and understand English. Not broken English. I will not be using anything associated with Metabank ever again.

peopleready issues atm cards from MetaBank for their temp.workers to get paid and it is very difficult to find compatible atms that accept their cards. I may not accept work assignments from peopleready branches that use this card for paying their workers.
