I'm so disappointed with upper management displaying gifts to members on Facebook but not fixing the real issue in Maher with their system being down and not able to even print money orders ?? But the other branch can be able to do everything

TERRIBLE LOCATION TO FINE, MAHERS SYSTEMS ARE ALWAYS DOWN. NOT ENOUGH TELLERS TO HELP

I have called on a Thursday and some rude guy picks up telling me he works only on Thursdays and couldn't help me , poor management to have someone like him pick up the line .

I agree their ATM Debit cards are the worst, their location is hard to fine, and lastly on my statements there number doesn't work ??? I had to search on google for them ??

I believe suspicions is occurring under our noses and members need to speak up but are to concern about Thursday's getting paid. Debit Cards are horrible , ATM is always out of service, and now they are closing on Thursdays at 5pm ??? Really ??
