Where is a fax number to send stuff to? calling the bank and have 12 people ahead of me just to get a fax????

I have tried two (2) times to set up an account and deposit several thousand dollars into the branch in Tifton, GA. I have been unsuccessful BOTH times. On the first visit there was only one (1) teller working along with one (1) office person who was obviously on a personal telephone call. The second visit was today and there was only one (1) teller working again and she could not set up the account for me. Experience the difference . . . they must not need or want my business.
