I have never been so frustrated over trying to find something as SIMPLE as a routing number. I don’t use checks. Since bank name change from Omni, acct number stayed the same but apparently routing number changed. Shouldn’t this be easy if one is a customer???

My experience with this bank is irritating! I'm talking about the Branch in Arlington. The drive through is always open late and when I've gone in the afternoon I'm always having to blow the horn so that someone will come to the window. On several occasions I have gone and certain machines didn't work. I have been thinking about switching banks for a while now, I know it's coming soon. Just hating to go threw the process of switching everything over to another bank. Mind you! I have been dealing with this for over a year!!! Very Unhappy Customer.....
