I've used this bank for about 5 yrs, Lowery City location. The staff is great, very polite and they remember you even if you don't come in often.
As far as the bank services, for the most part it's fine, however... with a savings acct, they only issue a statement every 3mo and there is no website to check your acct in the mean time, you must call in. I have deposits made on a regular basis, so to check this activity I have to either wait for a statement or call in... Also if they had a website, there would be no need to send a statement in the mail, it could be delivered electronically. BIG PLUS HAVING A WEBSITE.
I awarded 7/10 stars. I took 2 star off for not having a website and 2 stars for the extra time it takes to to do other things that a website would provide and make things easier & faster.
I have been using this bank for more than 10 years. I really feel to be more up to date with account information online banking should be an option.
no there is no phone #s here????
