My daughter who is in college and banks with Y12 was told she would be able to bank at this bank while in school without a problem as its a partner location. Sadly, it depends on what teller whether or not they will be accommodating. On November 21st at 1:30 she tried banking on campus and the teller was not only extremely rude telling her she couldn't bank here, when my daughter explained that she has banked here several times the teller told her to "call the bank and get the right account number then" (she had the account card present and knows the number by heart). When she asked if anyone else was available to help her, the teller commented "BYE" waving her hand at her. Unfortunate that this service is allowed anywhere, especially a partner branch location. Not a happy mother when access to college/rent money is denied my daughter because the teller has no clue what she's doing.
