Stayed on phone 13 mins waiting to speak to someone. The tried the local number that didn't seem to be working. Would not ring in with or without the area code. Did the call back option and 30 min later still no call back.

Have tried for three days to get through to someone. Collective hold time is over four hours. It's nonsensical that you cannot call a branch to speak with a person.

Why is there no local phone number for the branch I use? I don't want to have to go thru the "main office" every time I need to ask a simple question.

I always go through the drive thru and the lady is ALWAYS courteous and friendly but the hours needs to be changed they do not open at 8:00
