My debit/credit card would not be accepted at the grocery store today (Walmart on Bailey Cove). If I had not had $100 on me I would have had to leave without my groceries. That was between 3:00-4:00 Friday afternoon. When I was home I checked the account and it had plenty of money in it. I also saw the message "Service is temporarily unavailable" at the bottom of my Account Balances list. Please find a way to provide feedback at the time the card is used when your computer is down so it won't appear that my account is depleted. It was very embarrassing and could have been even more so had I not had cash to pay. It took at least an hour for me to shop so that time would have been lost if I had to leave my groceries. Thank you.

ALL branches are listed with the SAME phone number. I did not want to ens up in a massive central phone queue, I needed some information from my local branch!
