I have been a customer for 5+ years, I have nothing but praise for this company!!!!! It doesn't matter which branch I visit, I am always treated well!!! If they would open up a branch in Dunlap, i would be over the moon happy!!!!
Went and opened a savings and checking account on Monday at this branch and the service was great. I will say, however, trying to call ANY of your phone numbers is useless. All you get is a busy signal and have no other way to reach to ask a simple question. This is ridiculous.
Over the weekend, me and my fiancé went to this branch. When we walked up to the door to go in and an employee, Erika, ran to the door and started to pull it towards her. She told us that they were closed for the day and we needed to leave. She was very rude to us and kept trying to pull the door handle out of my hand. I was unaware this branch closed at 1:00 on Saturdays, since other local branches are opened until 1:30 on Saturdays. I was not irritated that they were closed, I was irritated by the rudeness of how she said it. She said she was the manager of the branch when I asked to speak with a manager about her behavior. She said I could take it up with the manager on duty the following Monday. I guess I will just avoid ever coming back into this branch, since she made it very clear no one was going to take my complaint seriously. I have had great experiences every time I go to the Hixson, Cleveland, and East Brainerd branches. I really like TVFCU as my bank. I have been a member for a few years now.
I stop by the hixson branch in deposit $280.00 into my checking account in my balance was showing $0 I wasn't in the negative are anything.
