no problems except when I tried to cancel getting my free credit scores. I will get my own reports from all 3 agencies. Thanks anyway.

Takes FOREVER to get someone to answer the phone. It's only getting worse. Have been a member for 20+ years and am getting very disenchanted. Wish they would do something different. Tired of waiting, and waiting, AND waiting for someone to answer the phone.
