If you are eligible to join City Employees Credit Union, an account can be opened for you. Simply stop by one our offices to complete an application and signature card with your initial deposit of $5.00 plus a $5.00 application fee. To determine if you are eligible for membership in CECU, please review the following description of our field of membership:

You are employed by one of our Employee Groups
You are a family member of a person employed by one of our Employee Groups
You live, work, worship, or attend school within any of the following counties: Knox, Union, Blount, Anderson, or Loudon
Overview
You and the members of your family may enjoy all the benefits of CECU membership for life. When you open your account is the ideal time to open accounts for your eligible family members.

Eligible family members include your spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren (natural, adopted, foster or step). Once your family members have joined, their family members also become eligible. Family members can retain their CECU membership even in the event your account is closed.

Family members are entitled to full membership privileges.
