I loved the employees and the great customer service. I HAVE however had an enormous amount of problems with my debit card. I've been given two different "maximum withdrawal limits" and told that whenever I have the option, to choose "credit" instead of debit. That was explained to me today that this was not the case. I DID have two separate "declines" when trying to use my card on line and fortunately, one of them was able to be taken care of in person at the location of the business. However, this evening, in hopes that all would be fine, attempted to secure two tickets via Ticketmaster. Well, once again, the card was declined. I tried both ways... One with The Automated system, then I tried to do it strictly on line and it didn't work either. I honestly don't like the inconvenience this has caused me.
