Balance minus pending =available balance, pending eventually is paid then shows back up pending again deducted. Something is not right
This bank is technologically years behind other banks, and has more customer service issues and more account errors than I knew a bank can have. So many mistakes were made with my money from this bank that I'm still scratching my head on how it happened. No one seems to realize the problems that work there. If you feel your money is safe here, well, good luck and you've been warned. Try getting someone from the corporate office to call you back sometime (because they NEVER answer the phone there) and you'll see the most unprofessional service around.
