Tried to first cash a check, withdraw some cash and needed to add husband, who was with my me today and noted he would be transferring his checking and our savings in a month or two. The tellers did not deal with cashing the small check or the cash withdrawal but sent us to sit down by a lady who said would see a customer service lady. When we saw her, she would not add my husband to my account as he did not have both his license or soc sec card. our main savings now is 1st tn but husband will take as card by but will transfer cling/savings elsewhere. My father was a banker for 42. Yrs and I simply could not believe this service. We,ve dealt w/ 1st tn for 30 yrs, in Franklin and downtown Nashville and were very disgusted. We keep a good bit in savings and the unwillingness to compromise, such as getting his license/paperwork today and letting him run by the as card later so that you could complete adding him to account would have encouraged him. I picked your bank as charges no fees if have auto deposit, having several branches and being open on Saturday. I regret making a big mistake. Husband will go by with ss card and get on my account, but you have lost his checking and our savings to another Dickson bank.
