3. Employees and elected or appointed officials of the incorporated village of Freeport, New York;
4. Employees of the Freeport Memorial Library who work in Freeport, New York;
5. Volunteer firefighters of the Oceanside Fire Department and Oceanside Fire District in Oceanside, New York;
6. Volunteer firefighters of the Lynbrook Fire Department in Lynbrook, New York;
