I currently bank with Northern Trust. They are closing their Addison branch, so I am looking for a bank in the area. I visited your North Dallas location on Friday and was informed that the person that I needed to speak with was not in, but would call me back when she returned. I noted that, as the CEO of several companies, I have 5 accounts and do not pay "fees" due to the balances I maintain. I never heard back from anyone. If that is the kind of service I get BEFORE opening an account...I can only imagine the service I would get after the fact. Thought someone should know.
