From my business account I needed to make a deposit for payroll using another bank’s debit card. I failed to increase the cash withdrawal limit before asking the teller to run my debit card to withdrawal the funds. The teller said, oh I’m not allowed to rerun it. Let me ask my manager. (How is this different than at the ATM machine when we attempt again after making an obvious mistake) Yes, I forgot to adjust the limit. Upon the teller asking the manager to assist, the manager came out and spoke to me. He stated the policy again and said something about helping me today. To which I asked how can you help me, you can talk to my other bank, or I can and get the limit adjusted (which I had the capability to do on my phone and ran down to Chase bank). That’s all I had to do was adjust the daily limit for withdrawals and he owned the authority to allow the card to be run a second time. Again, trying to make payroll using my Amegy BUSINESS bank account!
Lastly, the manager looked at the tellers behind the counter and spouted out “Jesus!” Was that an insult, insinuating my stupidity to the bank tellers, or an attack on my God?!?! Inappropriate way to handle business from the start.
I came back in 5minutes with the cash from Chase Bank and deposited into my Amegy account.
Worst Management ever , dealing with Perla Lucio was a waste of time She kept Me going back and forth from her desk to the line , anyway 45 minutes later this Lady Marta takes a Personal phone call and puts my transition on hold for like 2 minutes ( hello Lady!!!!) I already wasted enough time dealing with Perla last thing I want is to spend. More time waiting for You to finish talking on the phone!! Worst bank experience!! Please bring back Ashley and Patrima Who were very Professional!!
I gave Perla Lucio a second chance after a bad experience at this branch just to find out she is still an Unprofessional Employee , no Customer Service skills , tried to open an accountafor Our Son and ask Her about Our options, well She lied to Us arguing bank policy chanched just recently, well , then Amegy's bank online info need to be changed to meet the limited options she offer to Customers , she said she doesn't undarstand My questions (well, then she is in the wrong position) anyway after another bad experience We went to Wells Fargo across the street just to find Daniel Garcia really knows how to treat and help Customers.....15 min later My Son had a bank account@ wells fargo .....so long Amegy We will close both of Our accounts in a month or so thanks to Perla Lucio....

in other to be employed you must be an honor student in the stupid idiot award! Zero ability to reason is a asset with this group! Totally unable to answered a simple banking question. I am so feed up with these NO KNOWLEDGE C S agents from Amegy Bank. They have redefined STUPID!
